With this letter we invite to the

EFAF Officiating Clinic

on February 25-27, 2005 at Prague (Czech Republic)

Start: Saturday 26, 2005 09.00 h (09.00 a.m.)
End: Sunday 27, 2005 14.30 h (02.30 p.m.)

Note:

All officials will be accommodated in Olympik /4 stars/, but the conference
room will be in Olympik Tristar /3 stars de-luxe/, which is in the next building far 70 meters from main building /look at the www.olympik.cz and click at the ITA- conference services -Olympik Tristar/you can find the picture of the conference room called " TRIUMF".

As in 2004 the clinic fee will be 230,00 EUR. Included in that fee is:

- Accommodation in a double room (including breakfast)
- 3 coffee breaks during the conference
- lunch on Saturday (without drinks)
- dinner on Saturday (without drinks)
- T-Shirt or similar remembrance gift
- transport from airport (optional if provided)

We have a limited number of single rooms which are provided on first come first sales base to all participants. The additional fee for single rooms is plus 50 EUR.

The clinic is limited to a maximum number of participants of 80! If there are more entries EFAF can not guarantee the availability of hotel rooms. EFAF will of course try to provide accommodation in a different hotel.

Day guests:

If there are less than 80 participants booking the clinic package it is possible to attend the clinic as day guest only. Participation fee is 130 EUR for both days.

Payment & Applications:

As last year each national federation has to collect all entries of participants internally and send one participation form to EFAF office. Please collect the participation fee of your participants internally and wire the whole fee on EFAF bank account:
